Kada kings have defeated Kwara united volleyball club in the opening match of the Super Cup competition organized by the Nigeria Volleyball Federation NVBF.
The match played at the Indoor sports hall of the National Stadium Surulere, Lagos, ended in 2-1 victory for the Kaduna based team in the male category.
Technical Director of the NVBF,Martin Melandi expressed satisfaction with the level of play displayed by the teams.
The game between COAS Spikers and Kwara united female team ended in favour of the COAS Spikers who beat the Kwara united female team 3-1 set
The competition continues Monday with Kano Pillars Volleyball club taking on Kwara united male, while Offa Volleyball club will engage Kada kings in the second match. It would be Nigeria Immigration Service tackling COAS Spikers in the female category in match day two
