Vice President Yemi Osinbajo today hosted his Liberian counterpart, Dr. Jewel Howard-Taylor, who is in the country to attend the First Ordinary Session of the ECOWAS Parliament for this year.
DR. Jewel Howard – Taylor took the opportunity to pay a courtesy call to Vice President Osinbajo at the Presidential Villa .
Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, in the office of the Vice President, Laolu Akande, says the two leaders during the meeting expressed the desire of both countries to co-operate on issues that affect their people.
The Liberian Vice President was accompanied by Ambassador Al-hassan Conteh and Nigeria’s Minister of State, Foreign Affairs, ZUBAIRU DADA, on the visit which lasted for about half an hour.
