US SWIMMER ANITA ALVAREZ RESCUED BY COACH AFTER PASSING OUT AT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Anita Alvarez, a synchronized swimmer from the United States, fainted during her performance at the World Championships held in Budapest.

Anita slowly sank to the bottom of the swimming pool.
Her trainer Andrea Fuentes jumped into the pool before the lifeguards and brought Anita to the surface.

This incident reminds us of the importance of training and mentoring.

Her trainer could recognize that when Anita was submerged, she was staying in the water longer than her maximum time. This coach was in action while others watched from the sidelines.

Especially at work or at different times in life, we have seen many people from different walks of life drown like Anita.

Not everyone can bear the pressure caused by life’s challenges. Everyone needs help. If you don’t have a good mentor, find one now.

If you are a seasoned veteran, find someone to mentor.
