Sequel to the traffic gridlock reported on Friday, 27th March, 2021 around Gurumaharaji occasioned by the activities of impatient drivers who drove against the flow of traffic at the RCC diversion.
The traffic gridlock is still being witnessed as the volume of the traffic facing oncoming vehicles on the inward Lagos section of the expressway is very high.
FRSC therefore advises intending travelers going out of Ibadan to Lagos and vice versa to suspend or postpone their journeys if possible until the traffic situation improves.
For those who could not afford to, they should please explore alternative routes, such as Ijebu-Ode or Abeokuta to link Ibadan from Lagos.
