An Ondo State High Court sitting in Akure has sentenced founder of Sotitobire Praising chapel, Akure Prophet Alfa Babatunde and five others to life imprisonment having found them guilty of the aiding and abetting to kidnap of one year old Gold Kolawole from his church last year.
The court also sentenced the convicted to seven-year jail term on another charge bothering on kidnapping.
The seven-year jail term and life imprisonment are without option of fine and will run concurrently.
