Two ladies and two men wanted in connection with more than 16,000
kilograms of illicit drugs intercepted in Lagos, Abuja and Netherlands have been arrested by NDLEA operatives.
The substances include cannabis sativa and methamphetamine.
Meanwhile, about twenty suspects have been arrested in parts of the FCT, Edo, Kano, Ondo, Bauchi and Akwa Ibom States for conducting illicit drug trade.
More than eleven tonnes of illicit substances recovered, one million, one hundred and ninety three thousand and sixty naira cash seized as well, Eight hundred and forty nine thousand fake currency intercepted in operations conducted by NDLEA in the past week.
