The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has ordered that the APC Senator representing Borno South in the National Assembly Ali Ndume be remanded in kuje correctional centre for his failure to produce the former chairman of the Defunct Pension Reform task team Abdulrasheed Maina as his surety.
Justice Okon Abang delivered the ruling on monday in the case of alleged fraud and money laundering prefered against him by the efcc.
Maina has repeatedly failed to appear in court for continuation of his trial.
